Saglemi Housing Phase 1

In 2013, the Government of Ghana, commissioned the design and construction of residential and other infrastructural facilities at Saglemi, near Tsopoli in the Ningo Prampram District of Greater Accra Region of Ghana. The now completed first phase of the Saglemi Housing Project (SHP) consists of one, two and three-bedroom apartments (flats), two and three bedroom detached one-storey houses, and three bedroom semi-detached two-storey houses.

Saglemi has been designed with detailed landscaped areas, tree-lined streets, pedestrian walkways, main streets and side roads, typifying ‘a greener city’. Saglemi Phase 2 was a Consultancy & Design contract executed by RMS and Partners, Phase 2 has been designed to be a modern and efficient development, with mixed use that can cater for Industrial, Commercial, Retail and basically all types private developments. RMS takes pride in the completion of all Design Drawings and Blueprints for Saglemi Phase 2 Project on time and on budget.
