Saglemi Affordable Housing Project -Phase 1

In 2013, the Government of Ghana, commissioned the design and construction of residential and other infrastructural facilities at Saglemi, near Tsopoli in the Ningo Prampram District of Greater Accra Region of Ghana. The now completed first phase of the Saglemi Housing Project (SHP) consists of one, two and three-bedroom apartments (flats), two and three bedrooms detached one-storey houses, and three bedroom semi-detached two-storey houses.
