Ricardo Sifredo Loureiro

Ricardo Loureiro is the Project Engineer for the RMS Ghana; he has a Civil Engineering Degree from the University of Beira Interior, Covilha, in Portugal. Ricardo brings on board a track record and experience in construction projects both in Portugal, Angola and Cape Verde. He has worked extensively with the ministerial departments in these countries understanding the protocols involved in working in the construction industry. Ricardo heads the RMS technical team in Ghana and responsible for coordinating between the Italian, Portuguese and Ghanaian team of engineers and architects
