Saglemi Housing Project - Phase 2

The Saglemi Housing Project, which was endorsed by the Government of Ghana, will produce up to 11,000 housing units, from which 1,502 (Phase 1) are practically ready to be transferred to new owners, contributing to the reduction of the housing deficit in Ghana, which is estimated at 1.7 Million units. The site measures approximately 5,147,600 square metres (1,272 acres) for the development of up to 11,000 housing units. Phase 1 comprises 1,502 units, a mix of one, two- and three-bedroom apartments and town houses, built on approximately 300 acres.
